Brookfield, daughter of Charles S. and Ruth (May), by Arthur W. L. Nelson, Clergyman, Warren, Mass.
      [A newspaper account of the marriage says it took place in West Brookfield and the clergyman was Rev. William H. Hart of Palmer. Perhaps the article was written before the event and plan changed.       William Leroy Whitehead vs Ruth Mary[sic] Bennett alias Merry. Ruth had married George Bennett in Enfield exaclty one year prior to marrying Mt. Whitehead. Her marriage to George Bennet was not disolved. Marriage to William Leroy Whitehead was annulled in Superior Court - Springfield, MA, June 1915.
